Welcome to The Wax Spa. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work with you to address the issue.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used before their expiration date, if applicable.
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or medical concerns before receiving any service. Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone.
The Wax Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
